Publications
I am a rising senior in the Geosciences Department at Princeton University who strives to build a deep understanding of geophysics by combining mathematically rigorous analysis skills with geologically intuitive interpretations to foster creative thinking for answering the mystery of plate tectonics: how the Earth accumulates and releases stress and why on a tectonic and geological timescale. I am also interested in unraveling the formation processes of regional-scale stress fields, including strain partitioning, the mechanism of swarms, and the interactions between the stress fields and fluid intrusion.
During my undergraduate period, I have focused on deepening my understanding of fundamental theoretical geophysics while practicing seismic analysis skills across various domains of seismology, such as theoretical seismology (wave propagation modelings), statistical seismology (b value), observational seismology (receiver functions), focal mechanism and seismic hazards (San Andreas Fault simulation).
