About Me

I am from San Jose, California but am currently a rising sophomore at USC studying Computer Science. I hope to also minor in cyber security. The USEIT Internship will be my first experience with research. Previously, I completed a summer internship with NASA where I helped design informational media to show middle schoolers about how flight simulators work. I have also helped build the website for a local startup called SelfStra LLC. After completing my undergraduate studies at USC, I plan to work in the tech industry for a few years and then go to graduate school. When I am older, I would like to teach at either a high school or college level. I am looking forward to applying to research positions this fall at USC so that I can further enhance my skill set. In my free time, I like to sing, play the piano, and play sports. I enjoy teaching others and was a math tutor as well as a diving coach in high school. My interest in earthquakes can be attributed to visiting Mission San Juan Bautista, where I saw my first seismograph and a fault trace of the San Andreas Fault.
