I like rocks :-)... I'm a PhD student in my first semester at the University of Southern California in the Active Tectonics group. My interests in geoscience are centered around field geology, and my current research experience lies heavily in relating field observations of brittle deformation to geomechanical experiments and numerical models. Moving forward, I’m interested in learning new skills related to remote sensing and geochronology in the contexts of geologic mapping, geohazards, neotectonics, and/or paleoseismology.
