Madhar Haddad completed his Ph.D at The University of Calgary and engaged in postdoctoral studies at the Schools of Engineering at both The University of Calgary and The Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal. He is an associate professor of Earthquake Resistance Design and Construction of Building Structures – Structural Engineering at the Architectural Engineering Department of the United Arab Emirates University. He has published several papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings.
