Dev Raja was a former SCEC Intern working under Dr. Igor Stubailo at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). At Caltech, he conducted seismic noise analysis by developing automated scripts to parse, process, and visualize large-scale seismic datasets. His work broadly examined station performance, network stability, and how seismic noise levels change across time and major events, including the magnitude 8.8 Kamchatka earthquake.
