We examine exhumed rocks directly associated with seismogenic faults, and provide insights into the nature of mechanisms, fluid-rock processes, and alteration as a function of fault slip. We are well on our way to developing excellent data sets on the nature of strike slip deformation at a range of depths and conditions. |
Broader Impacts

We sponsor two gradaute students with this effort, and will support two SCEC interns in the summer of 2011. Both intern nominees are women; one of the grad students is a woman. |
