Heidi Rosofsky is the Inclusive Planning Senior Consultant for Global Visions Consortium. She has more than 40 years of experience in emergency management who turned her focus to inclusive planning in the early 1980s after receiving a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. Mrs. Rosofsky works with all levels of government, stakeholder organizations, and business & industry to integrate accessibility and diversity into each phase of emergency management. Heidi provides preparedness presentations for Disabilities, Access and Functional Needs Audiences, speaks at conferences, and offers training on inclusive planning, stakeholder engagement, messaging for access and functional needs communities, etc. She currently serves as Southern California Regional Co-chairperson for Earthquake Country Alliance, Abilities Expo Emergency Preparedness Initiative coordinator, serves on IAEM’s Diversity Committee and Access & Inclusion Caucus.
