Intellectual Merit We have been participating the SCEC transient motion detection exercises with the development of an Kalman FIlter plus Principal Component Analysis transient detection system. We have been using this package on both synthetic and GPS observed results. We have also been merging SCIGN/USGS results with PBO results.
Broader Impacts Kang Hyeun Ji has been completing his Ph.D research on this topic. We have contributed to making geodetic results from Southern California GPS sites available to the community through PBO data products.
