Project Abstract |
To a first-order, our analysis demonstrates that three-dimensional geometry and connectivity of subsurface faults controls near surface deformation. By altering blind faults configuration within the northern LAb we are able to better match the geologic uplift pattern. It remains for us to refine our analysis in order to further strengthen the comparison of geologic and model uplift and to develop viable, deliverable alternative fault representations to the CFM database. |
